Our staff is committed to providing quality pet care to the community of West Des Moines and the surrounding areas.

Amy - Practice Manager
Amy was born and raised in Waverly, Iowa. She attended Wartburg College where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration: Finance with a minor in Economics in May 2003. Before becoming employed at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in August 2003, she worked in business quality and product development in the insurance industry.

Amy lives in West Des Moines with her husband Greg and their furry child George, an orange tabby cat they adopted from the Animal Rescue League. Amy truly enjoys taking walks , cuddling with her cat, being with familyand friends, watching movies, and traveling.

Diana -Kennel Manager
Diana is originally from Norwalk, Iowa. She attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Corrections with a minor in Social Work in 1980. She worked at Anderson News for 20 years before joining Jordan Creek as Kennel Manager in March 2003.

Diana and her husband Craig have 2 children, Dane and Beth, as well as a two granddaughters. She also has a number of furry family members including 2 dogs, 14 cats, 2 rabbits and 2 horses. Diana enjoys horseback riding, mowing the lawn, eating pizza, camping, and relaxing under a shade tree while petting her animals.

Karlee- Front Office Manager
Karlee was raised in an Air Force family, so she moved around quite a bit while growing up. She began working at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in February 1998.

Karlee currently shares her home with her husband, a Golden Retriever named Skye, and a cockatiel named Frazier. She and her husband are also proud parents to 3 grown children. Karlee is a Russian enthusiast -- she loves speaking the language and taking trips to Ukraine.

Kim - Receptionist
Kim, originally from Wausau, WI, attended the University of Wisconsin and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations. After working in marketing and as a stay-at-home mom, she joined the staff at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in February 2007.

Kim, husband Joe, and children Zack, Sean, and Lauren share their home with a Border Terrier named Maggie. In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling, gardening, and geneology.

Jessica - Receptionist
Jessica is originally from Aurora, Colorado. She attended Drake University and received her Bachelors degree in Marketing and English in May 2009. She is now in the process of taking Pre-Veterinary Science courses at DMACC and plans to begin vet school in Fall 2012. Jessica began working at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital in August 2010.

When Jessica isn’t busy with classes, studying, and working, she enjoys traveling, attending hockey games, and volunteering with the Animal Rescue League.
