Services and Amenities
It is our goal to make your pet feel at home while staying with us at Jordan Creek. We listen to your boarding requests and truly work to accommodate all of your pet’s needs. Our modern facility is equipped with central air and heat. Our dedicated staff works to ensure that the kennels are kept clean and that your pet is comfortably accommodated at all times. Your dog will be individually exercised three to five times daily, depending on the boarding package you choose. The final walk for the day is scheduled after 8 PM, similar to your dog’s home schedule. Additional playtime and extended walks are available upon request. Cats are separated from dogs at our kennel, which allows your cat to rest and relax while boarding. Your cat will enjoy watching out windows that overlook the daily activity of our busy veterinary practice. There are also opportunities for your cat to stretch out and play in our cat room! While your dog is boarding, we would be glad to do a bath for less than ½ the regular rate. If requested, we can also give your pet a nail trim. We feed boarding guests premium brand pet foods, including Science Diet and Eukanuba, or if you’d like, you can bring your own. We are more than happy to maintain the feeding routine that you follow on a day-to-day basis. Because we offer boarding services to Jordan Creek Animal Hospital clients only, we are familiar with your pet’s medical history and personality. A veterinarian is available 24-hours a day in case any medical attention is required.
